In this concept I wrote back in 2022, I reflected on what leadership had looked like for me in my 13 year journey from corporate to entrepreneurship and reflected on what it means to embrace our femininity and authentic self. Why that's important towards creating more cognitive diversity and cohesive teams in the workplace.  

Explore what the four pillars are towards reflecting on this and why its so important as female leaders that we balance out the workplace with more feminine leadership that carves more paths for more women to climb, lead and succeed.
